Tasks area

• Monitoring and controlling the construction site equipment and the construction process
• Training and distribution of workers and contractors to carry out construction work
• Organise transport of machines and material and ensure proper storage
• Monitoring the quality of the work and the progress of the construction work
• Preparation of own local measurements for the billing of construction services
• Compliance with deadlines, budget, health and safety regulations and accident prevention regulations

Job profile

• Completed education as a technician, foreman or foreman
• Experience in building construction, personnel management and organisation
• Knowledge in: MS Office, German spoken and written
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, assertiveness, independent work
